Experience
I have tutored on a part time basis for seven years, in subjects ranging from math at all levels from pre-algebra to calculus, to writing and editing, to music theory. I love to teach. I care deeply about my students' progress. Every learner is unique. I will individually tailor our sessions in a way that makes you truly understand and even enjoy the material. I believe the key to successful teaching is making the material clear and understandable, so that the learner can develop skills, and grasp the concepts, in a way that builds confidence. I am also a practicing lawyer and, about 15 years ago, I founded a computer software company to create expert systems. A large part of my work for that company was teaching experts in Fortune 500 companies how to use our software to develop their own systems
